Autobiography

You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence?

My name is Adebayo malik. I just started my own journey in life. I come from an average family. We are neither rich nor poor. My father was once a teacher at a secondary school and my mother was a trader before they divorced .

In my childhood days, I was a very quiet and shy boy. I was too shy to talk to people and I had a low self esteem. I didn’t believe in myself. I faced alot of abuses from my class teachers because I wasn’t good at my subjects. But my mom was always there for me. She always told me to believe in myself that I will be great. Both my parents were hardworking as they made sure we weren’t lacking anything as they love me and my siblings so much.

During my teenage years. I had improved a bit and I fell in love with school. I was serious and I love writing and listening to stories. I started making friends and cracking jokes with my classmates in the class. I was more confident than before. My parents had issues with their marriage. My dad lost his job and couldn’t provide for us again so he left us. And now my mum is the one responsible now. I am currently a college student and I hope to become a great person in the future and make my mom proud of me.
